The HH Management Team and Core Values
The spirit of Holdsworth House is made up of four core values that are interwoven into everything we do:

We are a people organisation with more than 50 staff comprising Doctors, Dentists, Hygienists, Allied Health Professionals, Complimentary Therapists, Information Technology/Support, Nurses, Researchers, Clinical Trial Coordinators, customer service, support and administration staff. People who enjoy great working relationships and opportunities for advancement. They are able to challenge their potential, benefit from ongoing professional development and work with like minded peers who care for our patients. |

Renvia Kong
General Manager

Renvia joined HH in November 2007 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Rainleigh Pty Ltd. She has over 8 years of general practice management experience, specialising in the development of corporate affairs, stakeholder relationships, online business, strategic marketing communication, change / project management and operational business structuring.
With a proactive hands-on style to HH management, Renvia has a specific focus on workplace team mentoring, business development, customer service and delivery. Working closely with the Boards of Rainleigh, she is responsible for their operational and financial management and constantly seeking to ensure they lead in innovation and deliver the best patient care.

Michael Robertson,
Accounts Department Manager

Michael joined the HH team in 2000 and is a Certified MYOB Consultant with over 15 years experience supporting small businesses. Michael manages the accounts department for HH, DP and BB and ensures all data is reported in an accurate and timely fashion. He is responsible for the presentation of financial reports to the General Manager and the Board. Michael is constantly finding new solutions to streamlining and managing the accounting systems as HH grows. Michael is dedicated to helping small/medium business enterprises focus on what they do best, providing services, allowing the accounts department to run with minimal impact.

Tim Hughes,
Executive Officer / PA to Directors

Tim has worked as the Office Manager for the Byron Bay Practice and has now taken up the role of Executive Officer supporting the General Manager and the Medical Practice Directors. Tim previously worked in an operations managerial role for the Coles/Myer Group. Tim reports directly to the General Manager.

Anthea Atkinson,
Practice Manager Dental

Anthea joined DP in April 02. Her career started as a dental assistant working up to Practice Manager. She completed the Dental Assistants Certificate in 1992. Anthea has broad commercial experience working in health services, legal services and the hospitality industries– this has allowed her to focus on patient / customer care and service.

Nicky Cunningham,
Clinical Trials Manager

Nicky commenced at HHMP in October 2007, bringing nine years of clinical trials experience. Nicky also holds 15 years nursing experience in cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, intensive care, rheumatology and general surgery and is also a qualified Nurse Practitioner (BSc Hons). As CTM, Nicky undertakes day to day management of the Clinical Trials unit and contributes to the clinical management of patients in clinical trials in liaison with HH doctors, ensuring an effective link between general practice and clinical trials.

IT Management,
Harbour IT

Since 2003 HH has outsourced IT Management and virtual remote system monitoring to Harbour IT. HH operates a sophisticated state-of-the-art hardware infrastructure, supporting some 55+ users (Sydney and Byron Bay). 24x7 x 365 VPN Sydney to Byron and voice IP. The hardware platform supports many software applications including clinical notes, accounting, pathology downloads, HIC online, email, file and print and security. Security, access and confidentiality is paramount and is controlled to the latest standards set out international protocols. HH operates a nightly back-up with secure offsite data vault storage. Weekly management meetings take place with scheduled on site visits at HH.
