Dr Dick Quan is a director at Sydney’s Holdsworth House Medical practice, which prides itself on understanding sexual diversity. He’s noticing more and more men seek sexual gratification from other guys.
"These men are not necessarily gay- they’re just comfortable with the fact that some men can give them pleasure," Quan says.
 While many keep their proclivities a secret, some are indulging with their wife’s or partner’s tacit permission.
"There’s been many a time we’ve had to treat women for sexually transmitted infections that have been passed on to them by their male partners and they’re surprisingly cool about it," Quan says.
Single men may also turn to other men because they can’t get a woman.
"Women are harder to pick up these days unless you’re an Adonis. It seems all women want one type of man and for the average bloke life is tough."
