Appointment fees are based on length and complexity of the consultation and the chosen modality. The fees are at the discretion of the treating allied health practitioners / natural therapist. In order to run the most efficient natural therapy centre for our patients, a cancellation fee will be charged for patients who do not show for their appointments, or who cancel with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment time. You will be informed of this fee at the time you book your appointment. The fee is at the discretion of your treating allied health practitioner / natural therapist.

In order to claim your money back in a hassle free manner from Medicare, we advise that you allow three working days from the consult with your doctor before taking your allied health service receipts into Medicare for processing.
Rebates from Private Health Funds depend on your level and type of cover. For updated rebates claimable, please contact your health fund provider directly. Note that you can only claim from either Medicare or your private health fund, not both.
