DENTAL PRACTICE - FEES
Fees & Payments
A fee schedule is available at the Dental Practice
reception. The schedule is indicative and cost and
will always depend on the exact treatment(s) received.
Our dentists, hygienist and technician will keep clients
informed about fees and billing arrangements.
The practice accepts major credit cards, except for
Diners Club, and we use the HICAPS system to process
your eligible private health fund claims on the spot,
leaving you to pay only the gap.
Appointment Cancellation Fees
Failing to attend a booked, confirmed appointment,
or giving less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation
of an appointment can result in a cancellation fee
of the equivalent of $145 per hour being charged to
a client.
Confidentiality
Our dentists and support staff maintain strict confidentiality
regarding your records.
Recall Service
We will either, post, email or SMS a reminder –
depending on your preference – of your next
appointment.
