Fees & Medicare Rebates
Appointment fees are based on length and complexity of the consultation and the chosen modality. The fees are at the discretion of the treating allied health practitioners / natural therapist. Rebates are available through Medicare or private health funds. For a complete listing of our current fees and rebates, please see reception staff.
Cancellation Fee
In order to run the most efficient allied health centre for our patients, a cancellation fee will be charged for patients who do not show for their appointments, or who cancel with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment time. You will be informed of this fee at the time you book your appointment. The fee is at the discretion of your treating allied health practitioner / natural therapist.
Medicare
To be eligible for Medicare rebate, patients must meet all three basic criteria set out below:
- Patients have a valid Medicare card
- Patients fall under the eligible categories to enter into an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme as determined by Medicare
- The chosen allied health services are recognized by Medicare under the EPC scheme

In order to claim your money back in a hassle-free manner from Medicare, we advise that you allow three working days from the consult with your practitioner before taking your service receipts into Medicare for processing.
Private Health Funds
Rebates from private health funds depend on your level and type of cover. For updated rebates claimable, please contact your health fund provider directly. Note that you can only claim from either Medicare or your private health fund, not both.
